There has been a lot of uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic and we wanted to take some time to let our customers know how IBEX Roof is handling our procedures during this time.
IBEX Roof will be staying open for the time being. With many people having to stay at home during this time, having a working roof over your head is more important than ever.
Our customers’ safety is always our top priority. Fortunately, the majority, if not all, of our work takes place outside, meaning minimal contact with our customers during projects. As extra safety and health precautions, we will refrain from shaking of hands for the time being and will also maintain a 6-feet social distance from our customers.
We are planning to keep all our employees for as long as possible. As a result, we will be offering more competitive pricing so that everyone can keep working and continue taking care of their families.
Lastly, IBEX Roof loves our community and we want to do our part to give back during this unusual time. If you decide to do a project at this time, we will be donating 50% of our profits to your local food bank (Oregon Food Bank for Portland Customers or Clark County Food Bank for Vancouver customers).
Additionally, if anyone is unable to leave their home, reach out to us and we will do our best to help pick up groceries or supplies for you and drop them off on your doorstep.
