IBEX was easy to work and reasonably priced. Per their recommendation we put in roof vents and a attic solar fan that have already proved to keep our second floor much cooler in the summer heat. Gabriel was a hard worker and very thorough and identified an additional issue when working on the flashing around the chimney-
